Moving from EMAN1 to the EMAN2 Workflow

The EMAN2 workflow offers an integrated solution for:

• Traditional single particle reconstruction

• Single particle tomography (sub-tomogram averaging)

• Using external tools like Frealign or Xmipp

This is an excellent choice for both EMAN1 users as well as users new to EMAN, and is the interface I personally use when I do refinements (with a few small exceptions).
