Running e2emx.py

usage:  prog [options]

This program will extract the required information from an EMAN2 project and output it in EMX form.

       [positionalargs ...]

Option	Type	Description
--version	None	show program's version number and exit
--export_whole_project	None	This option will create an emx directory, where it will export the eman2 project into EMX format
--import_emx	str	Import emx information and corresponding micrographs
--refinedefocus	None	Will use EMAN2 CTF fitting to refine the defocus by SNR optimization (+-0.1 micron from the current values, no astigmatism adjustment)
--refitdefocus	None	Will use EMAN2 CTF fitting to refit the defocus values (+-0.1 micron, astigmatism unchanged)
--writeimages	None	If specified, micrographs and particles will be written to the emx directory.
--verbose, -v	int	verbose level [0-9], higher number means higher level of verboseness
--ppid	int	Set the PID of the parent process, used for cross platform PPID
