usage: prog [options] <classmx_xx> <classmx_yy> ...

	WARNING: experimental program

	This program traces the orientation of particles through multiple iterations. Specify a list of classmx_xx.hdf files for the comparison. Clearly the files to be compared must refer to exactly the same particles.

Option	Type	Description
--version	None	show program's version number and exit
--output	str	Name of output file.
--refine	None	Specify a refinement directory as an alternative to providing classmx files. Even and odd subsets will be interleaved based on input set.
--sym	str	Symmetry to be used in searching adjacent unit cells
--printbad	float	Print the particle number if the orientation mismatch is larger than the specified angle in the last pair of files
--ppid	int	Set the PID of the parent process, used for cross platform PPID
--verbose, -v	int	verbose level [0-9], higher number means higher level of verboseness
