usage: prog <particle stack>
	Generate initial model from subtomogram particles using stochastic gradient descent.
	

Option Type Description
--version None show program's version number and exit
--reference, --ref str 3D reference for initial model generation. No reference is used by default.
--mask str Mask file to be applied to initial model
--sym str symmetry
--filterto float Fiter map to frequency after each iteration. Default is 0.02
--fourier None gradient descent in fourier space
--batchsize int SGD batch size
--learnrate float Learning rate. Default is 0.1
--niter int Number of iterations
--nbatch int Number of batches per iteration
--applysym None apply symmetry
--writemovie None write all temporary files as a stack
--shrink int Shrink factor for particles
--path str path of output
--verbose, -v int verbose level [0-9], higner number means higher level of verboseness
--ppid int ppid
--refine None start from xform.align3d in header
