e2display is a robust image displayer in EMAN2.

Displaying a File

Displaying an image in eman2 can be done several ways. This can be from the command line: 

[someone@localhost]$ e2display.py threed.mrc

or from python: 

   1 [someone@localhost]$ e2.py
   2 
   3 Welcome to EMAN2
   4 Prompt provided by IPython
   5 Enter '?' for ipython help
   6 
   7 In [3]:  e = EMData("threed.mrc")
   8 
   9 In [4]:  display(e)

The important thing to note is that e2display.py and the display command in python work for both 2D and 3D images.
