e2iminfo.py

This program will give information about any image file (including BDB) EMAN2 can understand.

-a

--all

Show info for all images in the stack

-N n

--number=<n>

Show info only for a single image, not the whole stack

-H

--header

Shows detailed header information for each image

-s

--stat

Show statistical information

-E

--euler

Show EMAN style Euler angles for each image

Usage: 

e2iminfo.py <imagefile>
