Using this page to document development activities towards EMAN3 release:

 * 6/23 - initiated new EMAN3->tensorflow library. Gradually adding functions to it. Focusing on FFTs first
 * 6/27/23 - cloned EMAN2.py -> EMAN3.py and began updating objects
  * 6/24/23 - new StarFile implementation with (should be) complete support for Relion and MMCIF files
 * 6/26/23 - e3relion_convert
