EMBoxerInspector
This is the widget that provides options for how particles are selected, what windows are displayed, and what output is generated.
EMBoxerInspectorModule
This is a EMQTWidgetModule that has an EMBoxerInspector object.
EMBoxerModule
__init_main_2d_window()
This creates the window that shows an EM image which the user clicks on to select particles.
__init_thumbs_window()
This creates the window that allows a user to switch between different EM images.
__init_inspector()
This creates the EMBoxerInspector instance which provides most most of the user options for viewing, selecting, and outputting.
