EMAN2.1 Workshops, Summer 2014
The final release of EMAN2.1 is out. This tutorial was designed for EMAN2.1beta4, but the differences are quite minimal.
Workshop participants who will be using their own laptop computers should at least install EMAN2 before the workshop. Probably a good idea to preinstall the data as well :
Download the tutorial: EMAN2.1_2014_tutorial.pdf
install EMAN2.1 OR EMAN2.1 nightly snapshot (EMAN2.0x will NOT work properly with the new tutorial)
- After installing, test your installation by running:
- e2version.py
- e2speedtest.py
- e2display.py (with no arguments this will open a browser and you can display any cryo-EM image)
