====== e2workflow ======
EMAN2 uses a project management Workflow system to guide users through a series of steps embodying specific tasks,
for example, single particle reconstruction. The user creates and empty directory, and runs:

</code>

This will create a project in that directory and open the workflow dialog as conceptually outlined below. 
Users are encouraged to follow a [[EMAN2:Tutorials|tutorial]] for their initial experience with the workflow.
