e2workflow

EMAN2 uses a project management Workflow system to guide users through a series of steps embodying specific tasks, for example, single particle reconstruction. The user creates and empty directory, and runs:

e2workflow.py

This will create a project in that directory and open the workflow dialog as conceptually outlined below. Users are encouraged to follow a tutorial for their initial experience with the workflow.
